Investment Director/Associate

Running Hare Investment Management is a direct investor in real estate assets and debt on behalf of our clients. Our team handles acquisition, asset management, development, fund raising and the structuring of investment vehicles. We are dedicated to providing tailored investment solutions and strategic guidance to meet our clients' financial goals.

Since inception in 2021 we have acquired £200m of assets and raised over £50m of equity for clients. The business is now seeking energetic, enthusiastic, talented people to help us grow.

Role

Based in Cambridge we are seeking an experienced real estate professional with investment, development and strategic asset management experience. As a minimum responsibilities include developing and implementing asset management strategies, working on new acquisition opportunities, financial modelling, working with consultants and coordinating with stakeholders. Our projects include significant developments, strategic investment and trading opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Asset Management, Development and Investment.
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Market Research, and Investment Strategies.
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Organizational skills.
• Good network of real estate professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant experience in prop co, consultant/agency or asset manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
